As Technical Director, Mark supports the enabling projects and applies his strong technical skills and exceptional attention to detail to bring his clients’ vision to life. He is a highly analytical, creative and intuitive professional with demonstrated proficiency in managing client needs and formulating tactical action plans to achieve the best results. Mark provides oversight over code/accessibility compliance, discipline coordination, client communication and the technical accuracy of project documents. He works to ensure the technical quality of JLA’s work product for both interim and final submissions.
