Project Architect
Boston, MA
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project team to develop/refine design concepts from feasibility study to

• Construction Administration; Manage BIM models & work with BIM specialists to troubleshoot/resolve technical issues

• Produce high-quality architectural drawings & technical details for Construction Documents

• Design functional/visually compelling exterior/interior spaces using 3D modeling/rendering/diagramming tools

• Lead construction administration process, ensuring design intent is upheld throughout project execution

• Create 2D/3D visualizations/drawings/diagrams/renderings to convey design intent to clients/stakeholders effectively

• Develop exterior envelope detailing under the guidance of our Technical Director

• Fabricate physical models using in-house tools & coordinate with external model makers for high-quality presentation models


Required Qualifications:

• Master of Architecture

• Minimum 2-year design work experience

• Experience must include schematic design, design development & construction documentation/administration

• In-depth knowledge of architectural detailing/building systems/materials

• Strong visual/graphic/3D post-production presentation/physical model-making skills (handcrafting/laser cutting/3D printing)

• Familiarity with Massachusetts state building codes & construction practices

• Advanced proficiency in Rhino/Revit/AutoCAD/SketchUp/V-Ray/Enscape/Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

• An active Massachusetts State Architect License

Salary: $118,750 - $118,800/year
